“In 2005 Paprika presented our first National Workshop with great success, supporting Nova Scotia’s exceptional Lee-Anne Poole. Her new play, Straight Until, was about a young woman who is going through the process of coming out (i.e. are you “straight until” you’ve had a girlfriend?). Lee-Anne worked with company trainer Erika Hennebury (Associate Producer, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre) in the months leading up to the festival, and for 10 days here in Toronto.
